Coasters Optional

In part two of our Van Halen, deep dive – the Sammy Hagar era, I'll be playing cuts from three out of the four studio albums, their only live album of the era "Right Here, Right Now", as well as some video from their live concert release "Live Without a Net"

This is the first of two episodes on Van Halen. Part one takes a look at the David Lee Roth era of Van Halen. We will listen to tracks from all six of the original albums plus cuts from the 2012 release: A Different Kind of Truth.

A deep dive into the Allman Brothers Band from their debut album to their retirement. We look at cuts from the early years (including the passing of founding members Duane Allman and Berry Oakley) through the initial breakup and their long-standing rebirth that started in 1989.

For this episode, I do a deep dive into the Talking Heads catalog. Going in order through their discography I uncover some deep cuts from each album showing their evolution through some of their lesser known songs. I also do a reaction to the first 6 songs of their concert masterpiece: Stop Making Sense.
